Tiny Whabbit (operated by Omowunmi Kolawole) wants you to feel good about supporting our work. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all support contributions and any future paid purchases made through Tiny Whabbit.

How the guarantee works

  • You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • For recurring contributions or subscriptions (if any), you can cancel future renewals at any time, and the 30-day guarantee applies to your most recent payment.

How to request a refund

Payments for Tiny Whabbit are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Reach out to us through the Tiny Whabbit support channels listed in the app, and we'll help arrange the refund through Paddle.

Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
